Hawkesbury Camera Club hangs new photographs at Hawkesbury Hospital Children's Ward

Hawkesbury Camera Club has hung a range of new photographs in the Children’s Ward at Hawkesbury Hospital.

The twenty-five images were selected by a special group of students from Freemans Reach, Richmond and Windsor Public Schools.

Subjects chosen included wildlife, pets and portraits, along with some contemporary photographs.

Representatives from Hawkesbury District Health Service said the colourful photographs made a big difference to children staying in the wards and thanked Hawkesbury Camera Club for their continued support of this project.

Club members Don Clay, Jenny O'Connel, Marian Paap, Jenelle Gavin and Jonathan Auld framed the photographs, and replaced the images from 2018.

This annual competition is one of the club’s major community projects. It also assists with photographing events throughout the year.
