A 37-year-old man will face court next month after an alleged road rage incident on Spinks Road, Glossodia, on Wedneday night.
At around 7pm, a 32-year-old woman was overtaken by another vehicle while she was travelling along Spinks Road, Glossodia.
The women has told police she had to take evasive action to avoid a crash.
The male driver of the other vehicle got out of the car and allegedly started arguing with the woman.
During the argument, a mirror on the woman’s car was damaged.
The woman’s 10-year-old child was in the car at the time.
Police will also allege the man became involved in a fight with another male, who attempted to intervene.
Police attended the scene and a roadside breath test on the man returned a positive result.
He was arrested and taken to Hawkesbury Police Station.
A subsequent breath analysis returned a reading of 0.078.
The man was charged with menacing driving (road rage), low range PCA, suspended driver, intimidate, damage property, common assault and possession of offensive implement.
He was granted strict conditional bail and will appear in Windsor Local Court on December 13.
