We are a truly inclusive fitness centre that engages the broadest demographic in the Hawkesbury.
Without Active8, families, seniors and person’s with disabilities would be very restricted by the current fitness market.
What would winning the award mean to you/ your business?
The recognition of our staff and members is most significant.
Our Board and executive have the vision, but it is our staff that deliver and exceed on expectations.

It’s exciting to have been nominated by the people who engage in our business and service.
How would winning the award help you/ your business?
It’s confirmation that what we do matters and that the overall plan for Richmond Club is heading in the right direction.
Ultimately, we are about our community.
What do you like most about working/ running a business in Hawkesbury?
This area is like the last rural outpost in the Sydney basin. The connections are convoluted and far reaching but all bring us back to knowing and caring for each other.
This makes work more appealing, knowing that you are helping someone and that word travels a long way in this community.
