Windsor Mall’s fountain was overflowing with bubbles after being targeted by vandals overnight.
Two males were captured on CCTV walking towards the fountain about 8.30pm opn Wednesday, July 4, Hawkesbury police said in a statement.

“The males are depicted walking towards the fountain and allegedly tip a substance into the water, resulting a huge bubble reaction,” the statement said.
“The offence provision comes from Section 7(c) of the Summary Offences Act of placing a foreign substance into a fountain causing a reaction.”
Police have released a CCTV image of two males they believe may be able to assist with inquiries into the incident.
