THE Nor-West Jets secured the team’s fifth win of the season as it defeated the Wollondilly Knights in a comfortable victory.
In the AFL Sydney division one round six match, the Jets triumphed 13.10-88 to 4.7-31 over the Knights.
After a fairly even first quarter, the Jets powered ahead in the second and left their opponents behind on the scoreboard from there.
Taffy Lewis was the leading goal scorer for the Jets, kicking three in the match.
Ethan Coombes and Luke Hodges both booted two goals each.
After the round six match, the Jets remain tied for the share of first place on the ladder with Sydney University.
In round 7, the Jets have an away game against the UTS Bats at Trumper Park at 11am on Saturday.
