From the dress to the address, the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has been recorded, analysed and celebrated by Britain's papers.
The Sunday Times says it was a "great British occasion".
"The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was different - not least the impassioned sermon by Bishop Michael Curry, a hymn to love - and it gave new meaning to the special relationship. The ceremony combined tradition with modernity. It was a moment to celebrate," the paper said.
The Sunday Telegraph says it was a "day of happiness, for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and for the nation".
"Under a glorious May sun, the wedding of the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex reflected their personalities: informal, gracious, glamorous and kind. It was a triumph."
The Mail on Sunday congratulated the couple, saying it "welcomes the renewal of the Royal Family - which is, in the end, our family too".
"We rejoice in their happiness and wish them a long and blessed marriage."
For The Observer, Tim Adams said Bishop Michael Curry was the "scene-stealing star" of the ceremony, while the Duchess may have "changed perceptions of princesses just a little bit, but perhaps for ever."
The Sun on Sunday says the wedding "heralds a brighter future for Britain".
"In their snatched conversation we saw a couple deeply in love, and we couldn't be more thrilled for them," the paper adds.
"It was a day that will live long in the memory - and was a wonderful symbol of the country we have become."
The Sunday Mirror says: "If ever there was a wedding to symbolise modern, multi-cultural, multi-racial Britain, yesterday's was it."
It adds: "Yesterday we saw the best of Britain as Britain did what it does best - wrapping up our nation's past in a gift of hope for the future."
