PLUS Fitness McGraths Hill is throwing its support behind local charity Fly High Billie.
The gym will hold an open day on Saturday, May 26 from 9am until 1pm, and all funds raised on the day plus all joining fees for the month of May will be donated to the charity.
There will be a jumping castle, face painting and a sausage sizzle on the open day, as well as a number of prizes to be raffled including football jerseys and beauty treatments.
There will be taste-testing with Vitamin King Richmond, and Natural Weapon Nutrition will be providing product samples and giveaways.
There will also be in-body scanning and a technician will be on-hand to explain the readings.
Fly High Billie is a Hawkesbury charity set-up by the family of Billie Kinder who was killed in a tragic horse accident when she was 12 years old.
The organisation donates funds to a number of charities including Bear Cottage, Assistance Dogs Australia, RUOK suicide prevention, Feel The Magic and AllKids.org.
Copies of Billie’s book, Hope, can be purchased on the day, as well as a new range of greeting cards depicting artwork produced by Billie.
Plus Fitness is located at Unit 6/68 Industry Road, McGraths Hill. The gym will be offering membership deals on the day.
