THE auction of 62-64 George Street, Windsor, on Thompson Square on December 6 was passed in after bidding stalled at $1.52 million.
Agent Martin Schoeddert said owner Rod Storie was now considering his options as to the best way to market it from here in light of the Christmas period approaching.
A small crowd watched the on-site auction of the property which comprised two titles, three buildings and six tenancies. (See our original story on the sale of the properties here).
The three buildings being sold are the Shipley Crozier building on the corner of Bridge and George, the cottage next door on Bridge Street and the two-storey building next to Shipley Crozier on Thompson Square.
Mr Storie said all tenants want to continue their leases, which bring in a total of $125,000 a year rent.
