This weekend Rouse Hill Town Centre will host one of the largest health and wellbeing festivals to his north-west Sydney.
It will include dozens of talks for the mind, body and spirit, over 25 pop-ups from wellness brands, and free fitness classes for anyone to join along.
The ‘Be You Be Well’ festival is a chance to learn something new, celebrate the body and mind, and inspire a life full of wellness with inspiring talks from some of the best in the business, first to the Hills retailers, and interactive activities.
The festival will showcase some of Australia’s leading wellness experts, including the ‘Diet Doctor’ Moodi Dennaoui with the best food tips, Shannai Pearce from the Black Dog Institute talking about finding a balance with mental illness, and a talk from Dr Scott Hill from the Sydney Living Museum who will share Rouse Hill’s history of food.
“We’re excited to bring the first healthy living festival to the north-west, with the best in health, wellness and fitness at Rouse Hill Town Centre,” regional general manager Dave Moreton said.

Main Street will be filled with ideas and conversations on how to be well, along with wellness products and tips on how to live your best life from retailers and practitioners from the health, beauty, fashion and spiritual fields.
Wellness pop-up stalls will introduce brands to the Hills market for the first time, including Urban Originals, Billabong Health Retreat, Mr Perkins, Little Hoot Hoot, Creative Hearts, Ricococo Tea, Arbonne, Paramao Oil, Namaste Lounge, Doterra, Kinesialice Holistic Kinesiology, Agape Organic Food Truck, Vege for Love, Palteria, The Source Bulk Foods – Kombucha, and many more.
There will be a fitness zone in Market Square that will host a range of activities, share knowledge on the health benefits of exercise, and inspires the community to move their body.
Over the course of the weekend there will be a skill drills workshop for kids with the Hills Basketball Association, Qmax 2 classes that draws inspiration from New York with Hiit cardio training, a YogaBar class, Active Mums Active Boot Style camp and Hiit class, a Moodi Dennaoui abs workout, and Sean Buchanan PTI studio bodyweight class.
There will be fun for the whole family with the Trek’s Bicycle Store Group Bike Tide, and the Bike n’ Blends peddle power smoothie, and the Hills Basketball Association skill drills workshop for kids.
