The enriching and lifegiving effect that flowers have on us is seductively exploited in the next exhibition at Purple Noon Gallery at Freemans Reach.
‘Bloom’ is what gallery owner Robyn Williams calls a “flower-drenched celebration of variegated flora”.
See the glorious works of Greg Hansell, Judy Brownlie, Lizzy Newcomb, Mellissa Read-Devine, Vida Pearson, Sally West, Loretta Blake, Jordy Kerwick, Laura White, Felicia Aaroney, Anna, Placidi, Gail Berkman and metal sculptor Jim Hamilton.
The official launch will be by the founder of the Collectors’ Plant Fair Peta Trahar, is on Saturday, July 22 at 6pm. It will then be open during the gallery’s normal opening hours.
