ARE you a sucker for trivia, or just looking for a fun night out?
Head to Windsor RSL on Saturday, May 27, and help raise funds for the Cancer Council’s 2017 Hawkesbury Relay For Life (RFL).
The members of the Hawkesbury RFL committee are inviting locals to join them for their 2017 Trivia Night fundraiser on Saturday, May 27 from 7pm.
This year’s Trivia Night theme is ‘Across the Decades’ - so don’t forget to dress up in your favourite decade outfit and decorate your table for your chance to win some prizes.
Trivia will cost $15 per person, or $120 for a table of eight people maximum (names must be supplied at time of booking), and the evening will include prizes, games, a raffle and a silent auction.
Money raised on the night will go towards the Hawkesbury RFL - a Cancer Council fundraiser at the Hawkesbury Showgrounds on Saturday and Sunday, September 9 and 10.
RFL has moved to Spring-time this year as previous Relays had taken place in poor weather conditions.
“This year our move to September will hopefully bring us bright blue skies and lots more opportunities for fun. It means we will have lots more activities for children and families, more school and youth involvement, a food truck area with a designated dining area, more entertainment and our biggest closing ceremony ever,” said committee co-chairperson, Rebecca Tulk.
Trivia Night bookings are essential as spaces are limited. Credit card bookings can be made by calling Krystle Goulding on 02 9354 2007, or by emailing krystle.goulding@nswcc.org.au.
Windsor RSL is located on Argyle Street in South Windsor.
