HAWKESBURY trainer Nick Mitchell scored at Wyong last Wednesday, with Radical Impact taking the honours in the final race of the day.
The 1200-metre benchmark 67 race was the eighth time in the seven-year-old gelding’s career that he passed the post in first place.
Jockey Christian Reith steered the rank outsider to victory ahead of heavy favourites Kitteau (Joseph Pride) and Pound Sterling (Chris Waller).
Radical Impact also won on February 2 at Muswellbrook.
