Hawkesbury's 89.9FM takes two hits
Hawkesbury Radio has taken two blows in the last three weeks, with both a Supreme Court case and a government investigation finding against it.
Government media watchdog the Australian Communication and Media Authority conducted an investigation into the radio station (89.9FM) after receiving a complaint that it was not encouraging community participation in its operations.
It found the complaint to be justified.
