Your new company

Our client is a Melbourne wide distributer who specialises in the rental and sales of Earthmoving Machinery and equipment. Being a relatively new business that is consistently expanding and growing they are looking for their next team member to join and grow with the company on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Hays Trades and Labour are seeking to speak to all mechanically minded trade’s assistants with the emphasis of a panel beating or spray-painting background. Within this position you will be required to work alongside workshop Mechanics aiding and attending to any general workshop duties as well as panel beating and spray-painting tasks to ensure machinery and equipment is prepared for rental and sales.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong work ethic, a positive and proactive attitude and show reliability and consistency to work. You will also have:

• Forklift License is beneficial however, not essential
• Mechanical mindset
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Industry related references
• Previous experience working as a panel beater or spray painter
