Job Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your role will include:
- Ensure efficient, accurate and timely invoicing
- Prepare/Review invoicing schedules in line with contracts and raise billing in line with contracts
- Participate in continues performance improvement initiatives, implementing process changes to support global growth initiatives
- Support the monthly financial close by providing timely and accurate AR-related results, and timely resolution of any queries from Financial Controller
- Ensure completeness of billing of revenue to meet key month end deliverables
- Following up with other departments for contract renewals, if any
- Liaising with other departments such as operations and logistics team for any contract/billing queries
- Ensure all stock shipment orders fulfilled have been billed as month end procedure
- Complete intercompany billing and support intercompany reconciliation process
- Timely and satisfactory resolution of invoicing queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Review of debtors ageing and follow up of overdue invoices directly with customers
- Provide supporting documentation to auditors and resolving audit queries
- Support the Financial Controller and supervisor with various tasks including general ledger reconciliations and any other ad hoc duties as required from time to time
