Reporting to the WA Metropolitan Operations Manager, our Field Services Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for performance across O’Brien’s’ 4 Key Results Areas of Customers; People; Society; and Financials.
About the Role:
- Leading a team of Glaziers (employed or sub-contractor) to provide an outstanding Customer Experience
- Deliver professional and technical solutions to glazing opportunities
- Ensure that your team work safely and have the support they need
- Encourage and develop your team to maximise their potential
- Work in close collaboration with the Planning & Scheduling function to
- This role is integral part of the team which helps plan and execute those Projects.
About you:
- Proven experience in managing a team of trades staff
- Certificate III in Glazing or equivalent industry experience preferred
- An understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
- A strong eye for detail and great time management skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building business relationships
- A friendly, approachable, and supportive communication style
