An 81-year-old woman has been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Richmond.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Bosworth and March Streets shortly before 11.45am on Saturday, February 17, when a blue Hyundai sedan and blue Toyota Hilux collided, a Hawkesbury police spokesman said.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said the 81-year-old driver of the Hyundai was treated for respiratory issues and taken to Hawkesbury Hospital.
The woman was later transferred to Nepean Hospital, where tests later revealed she had suffered a broken rib and hairline spinal fractures as well as multiple bruises, a family member told the Gazette.
No other injuries were reported, the NSW Ambulance spokesman said.
