NAOMI Stalenberg and the NSW Breakers have qualified for the Women’s National Cricket League final, after going through the regular season undefeated.
The team will play Western Australia on Saturday at the Blacktown International Sportspark.
The Breakers wrapped up the one-day season over the weekend, topping South Australia and Tasmania.
Stalenberg had a run out against Tasmania and a catch against South Australia.
With the bat against Tasmania on Friday, she made 9 not out from 19, coming in to do mop up work after Rachel Haynes led the run chase with 92 off 71.
On Sunday against South Australia, she made 30 off 41, including three boundaries and a six.
The Breakers have won all but three finals in the WNCL’s history, dating back to the start of the competition in 1996-97, including last year’s win against Queensland.
WA has played in one final, losing the 1999-00 final.
