A man has been charged over the alleged sexual and indecent assault of a teenage girl in Sydney’s north west earlier this week.
On Wednesday, December 13, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly sexually and indecently assaulted by a man at a home in Castle Hill.
Police were alerted and officers from the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, a 24-year-old man was arrested at a Castle Hill home on Friday, December 15, and taken to Castle Hill Police Station where he was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault; indecent assault (child under 16); and act of indecency.
The man was bail refused to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Saturday, December 16).
