HORSE owners are invited to a free one-day course at Richmond this Saturday, October 21. The ‘Healthy Land Healthy Horses’ workshop will be held at the Greater Sydney Demonstration Farm on Southee Road with renowned equine experts Jane and Stuart Myers of Equiculture presenting throughout the day.
Greater Sydney regional landcare facilitator Vanessa Keyzer said the workshop would cover pasture improvement, grazing management , property design, horse facilities, water protection, conservation and supply, manure management, trees and plants, horse health and behaviour.
“I would encourage horse owners to take advantage of this event as Jane and Stuart are moving back to England,” Ms Keyzer said.
