Child indecently assaulted in Kellyville

A child was indecently assaulted in Kellyville last night.

About 8.20pm yesterday (Thursday) police have been told a 14-year-old boy was approached by a man outside a sporting field on Memorial Avenue.

The man allegedly indecently assaulted the boy.

The boy punched the man and ran home where he reported the incident to his mother.

Police from The Hills Local Area Command launched an investigation and wish to speak with a man who may be able to help with their inquiries.

He has been described as aged in his early 20s, 185cm tall, medium build, and wearing a black hooded jumper. The man has also been described to have a husky voice.
