Legacy officially opened its new digs at 324 Windsor Street on Wednesday, August 16. The mother of the builder of the building, aged 94, cut the ribbon and Joan Taylor laid on a fabulous spread of finger food and cakes. Ms Brooks thanks HR King for supplying the paint, and Cook’s Plumbing for supplying a bigger sink which they will also install for them.
