Substitute James Andrew scored a late hat-trick as Blacktown City ran away with a 4-0 win over Sydney Olympic at Lilys Football Centre on Sunday afternoon.
Blacktown scored four second half goals within 19 minutes to blow Sydney Olympic off the park.
They now hold a six-point lead at the top of the National Premier Leagues NSW competition.
It was a huge final 30 minutes after Andrew, who came off the bench at half-time, made his mark.
He started by assisting Joey Gibbs for the first goal at the 60 minute mark.
Andrew piled on three goals of his own in just 15 minutes to move just one goal from the top of the goal scoring ladder with 11 goals.
Blacktown play Manly United next Saturday with a win likely to put City on the cusp of sealing the club’s seventh premiership.
