RICHMOND’S EarthCare Centre is hosting a battery use workshop, and health and wellbeing workshops over the next few weeks.

The Alternative Technology Association invites residents to its next Hawkesbury Sustainability lecture on Saturday, August 5 on ‘what you need to know when installing a battery system at home’ from 1.30pm-3pm. Learn about battery size, types, efficiency, and when to sell back to the grid. Cost is $10, students free. The centre is also running Health & Wellbeing workshops every Thursday until August 17 with a horticultural therapist, 10am-2pm, $25. Learn about boosting immunity and eating seasonally.
