Officer charged with domestic violence

A police officer has been charged with assault and stalking after an alleged domestic violence incident in Seven Hills.

Blacktown police were called to the Seven Hills home at 7pm on Sunday, May 14 following reports of a domestic violence offence.

A specialist officer, 36, was arrested and charged with stalking or intimidating with the intent to cause fear or physical harm, and common assault.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Blacktown Local Court on June 28.

NSW Police media could not confirm whether or not the officer has been suspended.
