SANTIAGO Pallares scored four goals as Hawkesbury City flogged Sydney University 6-1 at the weekend.
In the Football NSW NPL 3 match at Bensons Lane, City stamped its dominance over a lacklustre University outfit.
Along with Pallares’ four goals, Benjamin gray scored a double of his own in the match.
Pallares, the Uruguan striker who has found a home with City, has more than proved his worth since joining the club, scoring a number of goals already during the young season already.
It was a good win for City, which saw the club move to 10th position on the ladder, with two games in hand thanks to early season rain.
City coach Dean Bertenshaw said his team deserved to win the game.
He said Pallares performed well, but all four of his goals were team efforts.
He added on Thursday, City would travel to take on Balmain in one of two catch up games.
This week, City will travel to take on Gladesville-Ryde Magic on Sunday.
