Ambulance paramedics were called to reports of a person who had fallen off a roof at a construction site and onto the concrete in Marsden Park this morning.
On arrival they found a 57 year old male suffering head injuries as his head had hit concrete.
The Ambulance rescue helicopter was called from Bankstown with a medical team on board and the male was stabilize and transported to Westmead hospital in a critical condition.
