Developers agree to boost infrastructure
A DEVELOPMENT at Kurmond will see the developer contribute $30,000 per lot to Hawkesbury Council’s coffers.
At its Decemebr 13 meeting, Hawkesbury Council endorsed a voluntary planning agreement for the sites at 1442 and 1442A Kurmond Road, Kurmond.
Michael Mahboub, Benjamin Matthias and Danial Galea entered an application with Council to sub-divide the two blocks.
The maximum number of lots will be 13, with a minimum size of 4000-square metres, and the developers will contribute $30,000 per lot to help with local infrastructure.
Council voted unanimously to endorse the voluntary planning proposal.
