Detectives are appealing for information following a break-in at a supermarket in North Richmond last week.
About midnight on November 28, police were called to a supermarket on Bells Line of Road, North Richmond, following reports of a break-in.
Initial inquiries indicate two men, who were armed with crow bars, forced entry to the store and stole cash, before running from the location in an unknown direction.
Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Property Crime Squad’s Breaking Unit have established Strike Force Kenoma to investigate the incident.
As their inquiries continue, they are appealing for information about two men they believe can assist with their inquiries.
The first man is described as being of a solid build and, at the time of the incident, wearing a black hooded jumper, blue tracksuit pants, white sneakers, and gloves.
The second man is described as being of a medium build and, at the time of the incident, wearing a white hooded jumper, black tracksuit pants, white sneakers, and gloves.
Anyone who saw these men, or noticed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the break-in, is urged to come forward.
