A 65-year-old man was taken to hospital after the ute he was driving hit a tree in Maraylya this morning.
About 10.25am this morning police attended Scheyville Road, Maraylya in relation to reports that a vehicle had collided with a tree.
On arrival a 65 year old male driver was inside the car suffering from injuries as a result of the impact.
Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance assisted the man from the car and he was conveyed to Hawkesbury hospital for treatment.
Police from the Hawkesbury Local Area Command will be conducting inquiries in relation to the cause of the accident.
