Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf forfeits $53 million in fight to keep his job

Wells Fargo chief John Stumpf, fighting to keep his job amid outrage over Wall Street's latest scandal, will forgo more than $US41 million ($53 million) of shares and salary as the bank's board investigates how employees opened legions of bogus accounts for customers.
