POP down to Hawkesbury Central Library on the evening of Tuesday, September 13 to find out how lifestyle choices can impact on a person’s overall health.
The library will be hosting an evening with Sallyanne Pisk – a nutritionist and dietitian, who will talk about her new book, Eating For You.
The talk will look at eating and living mindfully for improved health and wellbeing.
Refreshments will be provided on the evening, and copies of Eating For You will be available for purchase.
Ms Pisk has presented at a number of festivals including the Slow Food Blue Mountains Summer Harvest Festival.
Hawkesbury Central LIbrary is located at 300 George Street, Windsor, and the event will take place from 6.30pm until 7.30pm).
