Julie Simmons' lifelike watercolours will be demonstrated at the next MTAS meeting.
DELIGHTFUL watercolourist Julie Simmons will be guest artist at the next monthly meeting of Macquarie Towns Arts Society.
To be held next Tuesday, August 9 at 7.30pm in the Stans Stevens Studio, Deerubbin Centre, George Street, Windsor, the tutorial session will focus on using watercolour on canvas.
Julie has developed her own style, pushing the boundaries of the watercolour medium to produce works full of light and depth of tone whilst maintaining the transparent quality of the medium.
Entry is $5 for members and non-members (includes supper). Park outside the Deerubbin Centre precinct due to carpark early closure.
