In the heart of Jakarta's international commerce, entertainment and financial district, the 90,812 square metre site is described by the designers Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects as a city within a city, where office space will adjoin The Four Seasons Hotel and retail podium. As is the growing trend in new buildings, the concierge service of the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta will be integrated with the business centre and office tower, according to Shirley Tan, chief executive of Rajawali Property Group. The landlord is the Singapore government investment firm GIC Private.

Brookfield Multiplex has been appointed by Greengate to build the $80 million St Patrick's Green Aged Care and Retirement Village at 42-48 Chapel Street, Kogarah. The 21,000 sqm site will include three building with 105 independent living units, as well as a 92-room residential aged care facility that has the capacity for 100 beds.
