A 48-year-old Windsor man has been allegedly caught drink-driving twice in one afternoon.
According to police, the 48-year-old man was driving a vehicle on Wilberforce Rd at about 1.35pm on Monday when he was pulled over at an RBT site.
Police will allege he provided a positive breath test and was placed under arrest.
He was then taken to Windsor Police Station, where he provided a breath analysis reading of 0.214.
His licence was suspended and he was charged with high-range PCA.
At about 4.45pm the same day, police were called to Putty Rd due to concerns for a man walking dangerously on the road and appearing to be affected by alcohol.
Officers recognised the man and returned him to his home.
Soon after, officers will allege they saw the same man driving his vehicle again on Wilberforce Rd.
He was pulled over and breath tested, where he again provided a positive reading.
The man was arrested and taken back to Windsor Police Station, where he provided a breath analysis reading of .270, and was charged for the second time with high-range PC, and driving while suspended.
He was refused bail and will appear in Penrith Local Court today.
