IF YOU think creativity is a critical part of childhood, ensure your child gets a good shot of it these school holidays at Richmond.
Macquarie Towns Arts Society will be running its popular School Holiday Art & Craft workshops for children aged 5-15 in the July school holidays.
MTAS is a not-for-profit community organisation promoting art in the Hawkesbury.
The workshops will be held in the classroom at Richmond Art Supplies, Shop 10 Magnolia Mall, 285 Windsor Street.
“We hope to encourage budding artists and give kids something fun and creative to do in the holidays, in a safe and friendly environment,” organiser Deidre Morrison said.
Macquarie Towns Arts Society also runs After School Art Classes for children aged 7-14.
The next eight week term begins July, 25, from 4-5.30pm. Phone 0412 979 731 for information.
