A second person has been charged following an alleged pursuit and crash in Richmond last week.
About 2.40pm on Tuesday February 9, officers from Hawkesbury Traffic and Highway Patrol Command attempted to stop a black Holden Commodore on Bells Line of Road after it was allegedly seen driving with no plates.
It will be alleged the driver of the Commodore failed to stop and a pursuit commenced.
Police said the Commodore was then seen to collide with a Mazda CX5 on Bells Line of Road and failed to stop.
The driver of the Mazda was treated at the scene by Ambulance Paramedics for minor injuries.
The pursuit was terminated due to safety concerns.
A short time later, the Commodore was found abandoned on Bells Line of Road at North Richmond.
Officers conducted a search of the surrounding area and arrested a 27-year-old woman.
She was taken to Windsor Police Station and charged with two counts of possess prohibited drug and granted conditional bail to appear before Windsor Local Court on Thursday 25 February 2016.
Further inquiries led police to arrest a 23-year-old man after he attended Windsor Police Station about 1.30pm on Friday.
The man was charged with a number of offences including police pursuit drive recklessly (Skye’s Law), unlicensed driver, and negligent driving.
He has been granted conditional bail, to appear at Windsor Local Court on March 10 2016.
