Classes started yesterday, Tuesday, February 2 and will run from this date every Tuesday from 9.30-11am. The teacher is experienced and registered with Yoga Australia.
Classes will be held at Bilpin Community Hall, Bell’s Line of Road. All levels of ability are welcome and health fund rebates may apply. Check with your particular fund.
Please arrive 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothing. A yoga or exercise mat is needed for the classes as well. If you don’t have one, the teacher has some to lend out during the class. Classes are $15. Pay on arrival, week by week.
Hatha yoga’s focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements usually results in better sleep and increased energy and muscle tone. Heart rate and blood pressure also benefit.
