With hopes to motivate the wider community to get involved in small projects, a group of Windsor ladies has gone above and beyond to provide random acts of 'beautification'.
The ladies formed the ‘Windsor Beautification Project’ in March to get together on a regular basis and discuss how they can clean up the town and inspire others to have pride in their area.
The group has many tiny projects planned at this stage like picking up litter, pulling up weeds and cleaning graffiti off signs.
They can be recognized by their fluro pink safety vest and leave behind their WBP logo in chalk on pavements anywhere the group have beautified.
Recently in Windsor, the ladies cleaned up the Vault, washed the outside of the old Cooks plumbing shop and also planted out the garden bed under Lachlan Court.
The ladies encouraged all shop owners in Windsor to clean up their shop front leading up to the Blues and Roots festival next week.
