Three people have been charged following a police pursuit in Penrith yesterday afternoon.
At about 1pm on Friday, police from Mudgee Local Area Command observed a silver Nissan Pulsar leave a home on Market Street, Mudgee.

Police checks revealed the vehicle was stolen and police attempted to stop it before it left the home.
It’s alleged the driver then rammed the police vehicle and fled, after a female passenger left the car and was arrested.
Police initiated a pursuit that was terminated shortly afterwards.
But the NSW Police Force Airwing, PolAir, continued to monitor the Pulsar as it traveled towards Sydney.
The car allegedly stopped at a service station on Bells Line of Road, Kurmond, where a male passenger re-fuelled the car before continuing.
Shortly after 3pm, Penrith police officers initiated a pursuit with the vehicle south along Castlereagh Road in Penrith.
A number of the vehicle’s tyres had been deflated by this time, after police successfully deployed road spikes near the intersection of Coreen Avenue.
The pursuit was terminated, however the vehicle became bogged in a median strip while travelling south on Castlereagh Road.
Two passengers, a 26-year-old woman and 35-year-old man, were arrested and taken to Penrith Police Station.
The driver, a 23-year-old man and second male passenger, of unknown age, ran from the vehicle and were pursued on foot by police.
Local police, with the assistance of the Dog Unit, conducted an extensive search of the area, during which the driver was located and arrested.
The second male passenger was not found and remains outstanding.
The 26-year-old woman and 35-year-old man were charged with 'be carried in conveyance without consent of owner', while the man was also charged with 'obtain financial advantage by deception'.
They’ve both been granted conditional bail to appear before Penrith Local Court on Thursday, May 7.
The 23-year-old man was charged with drive whilst disqualified, police pursuit (Skye’s Law), drive in a dangerous manner and breach of bail.
He was refused bail and was due to appear before Parramatta Local Court today (Saturday).
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
