Richmond Community Services will host a free workshop on Wednesday, May 6, focusing on helping your baby flourish.
Part of its series of Tools For Parents services, the workshop will covers topics including: what babies need to grow and be happy; strategies for creating positive emotional environments at home for your baby; learning different ways babies communicate; the importance of tummy time; eye contact and touch; some basic baby massage techniques; and the importance of self care for parents.
The workshop will run from 10am to 12.30pm and will be held at The Neighbourhood Centre, 20 West Market Street, Richmond.
It is open to mums and dads and primary carers of children.
