Yoga is a great fitness activity for people of any age.
Yoga Bare — founded by Karren Lette in 2013 — offers all styles of yoga and pilates classes.
Ms Lette said the Yoga Bare team were building a supportive community where everyone was welcome.
"We noticed there was a lack of facilities catering for the health and well-being of the older generation," she said.
"Yoga is fantastic for senior people. It helps to keep your body and mind strong, fit, healthy and young at heart.
"Increased movement without strain; stress relief and social interaction are other benefits for seniors.
"Our young at heart course is taught taking into account the limitations of seniors and we're focusing on longevity."
Ms Lette said physical activity was good for everyone no matter the age or fitness level, and yoga provides the perfect balance.
"Gentle resistance training keeps bones healthy and muscles strong," she said. "Combined with some low-impact cardio and meditation for the mind, everyone benefits from yoga."
The Yoga Bare community is welcoming, open and fun.
"There are no competitions or judgments passed here, we all work to our best ability and are proud of our own and each other's achievements," Ms Lette said.
"Yoga for the young at heart, is aimed at seniors or anyone looking for a relaxed-flow class and runs 10am on Tuesdays. We offer a pensioner rate which you can use on any of our classes."
