Armed robbery at North Richmond
Police were called to reports of an armed robbery at a North Richmond service station about 3.15am this morning.
A man armed with a knife walked into the station and demanded money as well as cigarettes.
Police forensically examined the premises and reviewed the CCTV footage which lead to the arrest of a 19-year-old from North Richmond at 8.45am.
He was taken to Windsor Police Station and later charged with 'Robbery Armed With Offensive Weapon'.
His bail has been refused by police and he went straight before Penrith Local Court today.
