Brave bike riders faced challenging conditions on Sunday, November 16 as they pedalled in the Big Red Ride hosted by Muscular Dystrophy NSW (MDNSW).
Riders faced a fierce task against rain then heat as they rode 150km from Bondi Beach, coming through Richmond Park and reaching the finish line at Katoomba. They raised an impressive $80,000 on the day.
Hawkesbury resident, Murray Sinclair was one of the participants on the day.
‘‘It was really rewarding making a little bit of extra money for the charity (MDNSW),’’ Mr Sinclair said.
