Most organisations spend a small fortune developing and distributing external marketing and other messaging to the customers and external stakeholders. They get marketing, advertising and PR agencies involved to help them. No expense is spared. Many of those same organisations spent very little time, effort and expense developing and distributing important messaging to what most say is their greatest asset – their employees. And it is their employees that are so critical to serving their customers well.
