A mother and son were charged today following a break and enter at a bank in Windsor on October 3.
Police arrested the man, 30 of South Windsor, at a Windsor service station at 9am on Wednesday.
He was charged with special aggravated break and enter and several other offences.
He was refused bail and appeared in Penrith Local Court today.
A short time later the man’s mother, 49, also from South Windsor, was charged with concealing a serious offence and hindering a police investigation.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Windsor Local Court on November 19.
