A free Protecting Your Heart forum will be held on August 27 as part of Westmead Association's Hospital Week celebrations.
Cardiologists will discuss nutrition, physical activity and motivation strategies to improve your health and reduce the chances of developing heart disease.
The forum is an integral part of Hospital Week, an annual event held at Westmead Hospital providing insights on the latest treatments from clinicians and researchers.

Royal Life Saving NSW has warned parents that skipping swimming lessons during winter may cause children to fall behind and put them at risk of drowning.
Ripples Leisure Centre at St Marys has teamed up with Royal Life Saving to get the message across that children should never be put at risk in, on, or around the water.
Royal Life Saving figures show 18 children aged 5 to 14 drowned in autumn and winter in 2002-03 to 2011-12, which accounted for 47 per cent of the total drowning deaths in NSW.
