Hawkesbury Rotaract is hosting an inauguration ceremony and gala night, celebrating the work of Rotary clubs within the area, and the foundation of Rotaract itself, this Saturday, August 9.
The night will consist of a three-course meal coupled with auctions, both loud and silent, and raffles.
The proceeds from these will be passed on to two youth organisations operating in the area — the Royal Agricultural Society Foundation’s scholarship scheme for rural youth and Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off the Streets program.
Hawkesbury Rotaract vice-president Jake Robinson will co-host the ceremony, to take place at the Richmond Club. Cost is $60 a person.
