Two of Hawkesbury's top athletes are set to compete against some of the world's best at this year's Commonwealth Games.
Londonderry resident and Australia's number one welterweight boxer, Daniel Lewis will step into the ring tonight, Monday July 28 from 10.40pm (EST).
The 20-year-old will compete in the welterweight (69kg) round.
Kurrajong-Bilpin track athlete, Ian Dewhurst will take on the 400m hurdles tomorrow night, Tuesday July 29 at 9.15pm (EST).
Dewhurst is currently ranked number 32 in the world.
Both events will be broadcast live on channel ONE.
