A man in his 20's was flown to Westmead Hospital this afternoon, Friday, July 25, after being thrown off and then run over by his tractor at a Pitt Town Bottoms property.
Emergency services arrived at the scene just after 2pm where they treated the man for head lacerations and injuries to his hand.
Ambulance crews said the man was confused and had a loss of short term memory.
CareFlight Rescue Helicopter attended the scene where he was stabilised and flown to Westmead Hospital for further observations and treatment.
The cause of the accident is unknown and investigations are underway.
